PAYMENTS

On J-co.co you can use one of the following payment methods:

PayPal or Credit Card or Bancontact

PayPal, an eBay company, is a fast and secure payment system. Once you have selected this payment method and then click on “Order Confirmation” you will be redirected to the Paypal.com site where you can choose between: 

– Making the payment with your personal Paypal account (The order amount will be charged PayPal account upon completion of the transaction); 

or 

– Pay with a credit / prepaid card ( Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Aura, Discover, Postepay, PayPal Card ).

The system communicates directly with PayPal and Stripe in total security, therefore J-co.co is never aware of the data relating to your payment method. The amount will be debited directly to the credit or prepaid card of which you have entered the data. For each transaction you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and Stripe. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or to your credit / prepaid card. 

The payment with PayPal or Credit Card speeds up the time of delivery of the order, because the transaction is verified instantly and your order goes immediately into production.

Are payments on J-co.co safe?

Yes, purchases made on the website are safe and guaranteed. Online payments by credit card or Paypal account are completely risk free. 

The payment information is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by Paypal. In no event may J-co.co become aware of the credit card number, nor will it retain or retain the data provided on its systems. J-co.co will receive only communication of the positive outcome of the transaction.

Security certificates

To ensure maximum security in purchases, information relating to payments transmitted via the Internet is encrypted by the SSL protocol (SecureSocketLayer) . 

The industry standard SSL (SecureSocketLayer) technology allows the encryption of potentially confidential information, such as your name and address, and other important confidential information, such as credit card details. The information exchanged between your computer and the profertilita.net cannot be read or copied, in the event that they were intercepted by someone. 

This technology includes the following features:

– Encryption: the data is encrypted so that it can only be read by the secure server; 

– Data integrity: the data is checked during their transfer, to ensure that it cannot be altered.

How do I know if the payment was successful?

– You should have received a confirmation email and a summary of the payment from J-co.co to the email address you entered. The receipt of the email confirms the success of the order. 

– If you paid via PayPal or Credit Card you will receive a second email from PayPal confirming the success of the transaction;

The price of a product has suddenly changed, is it possible?

Yes, product prices may vary. J-co.co reserves the right to change prices also daily based on commercial evaluations, offers and availability. It is not possible to budget for these changes, which are often caused by sudden changes in purchase prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations. SHIPMENTS

Products will be delivered via Courier. Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday , excluding national holidays. From the moment the order is placed we normally deliver the package in 24/72 hours (working days) . We are committed to always respecting delivery times, which however remain indicative and do not bind. Unforeseen events in which the courier may incur are not in fact preventable and could delay delivery.

Once the shipment has been completed, you will receive an e-mail with the relative tracking number; by clicking on the shipment number you will be able to monitor its status. 

Upon receipt of the product, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed. Each package is sealed with adhesive tape. Customers are advised NOT to pick up the box if the package is not intact or the adhesive tape has been tampered with. If the package is not intact or damaged, or the tampered tape, the customer is invited to report it immediately to the carrier; otherwise the product will be considered regularly delivered, and J-co.co will not be held responsible for any damage and / or missing products. 

We do not provide a refund if the package has been opened

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we advise you to indicate an address, even a workplace, where someone is always present to collect the package and to always provide the name on the intercom (if different from the holder).

* It is not possible to indicate a specific day and / or time for delivery. However, our courier provides many additional services in case of particular delivery needs. Email us  and we will find the best solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The right of withdrawal, regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, indicates that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all or part of the products purchased within and no later than 14 days  from the date of receipt of your order. 

Return Instructions
To make a return send an email to:  shop@j-co.co Indicating:
 – Name and surname; 
– Order number; 
– Partial or total return (indicates the products you intend to return and the quantity). 
Wait for the acceptance by shop@j-co.co and return the products to be returned no  later than 14 days  from the date of receipt of the acceptance by email. If you do not receive the acceptance contact the online ordering assistance at +32 485250376, your return procedure is not considered to be submitted without the acceptance email from J-co.co

J-co.co accepts the return of any item, provided it is intact and in the original packaging undamaged, reimbursing the entire amount of the order, excluding the costs of the first shipment already incurred by J-co.co. The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer who makes the return, as required by the relevant law.

The order will be reimbursed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products. If your refund request has been accepted, the return amount will be refunded to you via PayPal or Stripe if you purchased via Credit Card or Prepaid Card. Reimbursement of returned products is made only after receipt of the return and verification of the integrity of the products.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety. The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the package insert, box, any associated gadgets, etc.). The return shipping costs are charged to the customer; the return must be sent to j-co.co with any shipping method of your choice, as long as it is  traceable . The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse by J’co store, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.In the event of damage to the goods during transport, J’co will inform the Customer of what happened (within the working day following the receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to file a timely complaint against the Courier chosen by him and obtain repayment of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. 

J’co  is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate its use, or any damage not deriving from transport. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in the cases in which J’co Store ascertains: – The lack of the original packaging and / or accessories; – Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation or for exceeding the time limits established by law, for reasons not deriving from J’co store. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, J’co store will return the purchased good to the Customer, debiting the shipping costs.
